2) Send us an Ebay message with the name you would like on the mug
3) We ship your mug 24-48 hours after receiving your name and your payment. Orders that come in on weekends will be worked on Monday.
IMPORTANT: if the address you provide is insufficient or incorrect and the post office returns the item, you will be responsible for the payment of the new shipment. Color may vary slightly from monitor to print due to monitor settings and the nature of handcrafting the product.
