Lost or damaged items

 

It is a very rare occurance that items get lost or damaged - however, it does happen. Please allow 28 days from day of posting.

 

Due to fraudsters in the community, I now insist that the buyer initiates the claim with Royal Mail. I will only compensate in full for FULLY tracked items. Others will need to go through Royal Mail

 

I will provide the buyer with with proof of posting and/or proof of purchase to help honest members of the community make a succesful claim wth Royal Mail, in the event that the item really is lost or damaged.

 

Royal Mail have been paid and contracted to provide a service for the items that I have placed with them for transit. Therefore they will take responsibility for the items that are lost or damaged in the post.

 

Please be patient with the post. Especially around peak trading times. Royal Mail does not count an item as missing until after 14 days it was due to arrive. I will then do all I can to support the missing item claim with Royal Mail.
